The DachNest is a 45 m² top-floor apartment in a new building, for up to 4 guests, a 10-minute drive from Tübingen and a 6-minute walk from Kirchentellinsfurt station. Quiet, fully equipped and built for stays from a few nights to several weeks.
The open living area sits under sloped ceilings and has a sofa that converts into a bed for 2, an armchair, a smart TV with Apple TV and a view into the green. The dining table for four stands at the window and works as a desk. The bedroom has a 1.80 m double bed, blackout blinds and a reading corner. The modern bathroom has a large shower.
A washer-dryer in the apartment makes longer stays comfortable. The apartment has its own entrance and a free parking space right at the house with a charging point for electric cars. Check-in is self-service via a keypad lock. The apartment is on the top floor and is reached by stairs only.
Please note: the drive up to the house is short but steep and narrow. There is no lift.
